Job Description
We are seeking a Budtender who has exceptional customer service, communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities Advise customers on cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that each customer has a positive and enjoyable shopping experience. Process customers' cash or debit transactions using Flowhub Maui (POS) system. Ensure the store is clean all times. Correctly weigh, package, and label cannabis products as required. Check customers' IDs Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal cannabis laws and regulations Qualifications Retail experience, applicants with prior cannabis business experience preferred. Knowledge of different cannabis strains and products. Excellent customer service skills Good verbal communication and teamwork Have a valided OLCC workers permit
