Duties / Responsibilities

include but are not limited to the following: Sell cannabis to customers and patients; know cannabis, cannabis culture, and cannabis products Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations. Educate customers on various cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and topicals, as well as their effects and usage. Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system, handling cash and card payments. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are presentable. Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all state and local regulations. Stay up-to-date on cannabis industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. Compliantly and safely deliver cannabis to customer's homes

Required Skills/Abilities:

Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Strong knowledge of cannabis products and consumption methods is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and computer skills, specifically Excel/Google Sheets. Knowing Canva is a bonus. Ability to pass a background check as required by state and local regulations Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed Must have flexible hours/availability; willing to cover shifts as needed Education and / or

Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred. OLCC issued marijuana work permit is required. Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable vehicle is required for delivery Knowledge of cannabis strains, terpenes, and cannabinoids. Passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to learn.

Physical Requirements:

Employees work indoors under artificial lighting for extended periods. May be on their feet for several hours at a time. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. Benefits /
