This role involves providing excellent customer service, intaking clients clothing efficiently and correctly, ensuring all clothing is lint rolled before cleaning, and occasionally helping out wherever needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and a quick learner. Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs at the front counter Operate POS systems efficiently to create invoices, cash customers out, and perform pickups and drop offs Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling accurately Keep front of store clean and organized Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly Support team members with general store duties as needed, including phone etiquette and assisting with product knowledge Bagging orders Lint rolling clothes Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Effective communication skills; bilingual abilities are preferred for serving diverse customers Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating totals accurately Previous experience in grocery store or retail environments is advantageous This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, have a keen attention to detail, and are always willing to learn.
