Full Job Description Overview:

Join our knowledgeable team as a Marine Dealership Sales Consultant and turn your enthusiasm for the water into a rewarding career. Clemens Marina is a premier dealership specializing in heavy gauge welded aluminum products and Yamaha/Honda outboard engines.
What You'll Do:
Meet & Greet customers, guide them through the boat buying process from A to Z. Understand customer needs and recommend the right boats, accessories, and services. Offer financing solutions. Maintain strong product knowledge across all boat lines and marine equipment Conduct showroom tours and on-the-water demonstrations Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers Assist with dealership events, boat shows, and promotions
What We're Looking For:
Sales experience preferred (marine, automotive, RV, or similar industries a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Passion for boating / fishing / hunting / the great outdoors Ability to work Saturdays and flexible hours during peak season Valid driver's license (boating experience is a plus but not required)
