Applicants without menswear experience will not be considered for this position." Blush Bridal Studio is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Menswear Specialist to lead and grow our menswear department. This position is ideal for someone with prior menswear experience who understands suit and tuxedo fit, measurements, styling, and customer service. As a Menswear Specialist, you will guide grooms, groomsmen, fathers, and other wedding party members through the menswear selection process while providing the elevated, personalized experience that Blush Bridal Studio is known for. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping clients look and feel their best for life's most important celebrations. Responsibilities Conduct menswear consultations for grooms and wedding parties Assist clients in selecting appropriate suit and tuxedo styles, colors, and accessories Accurately take and record measurements Manage wedding party profiles and ensure all information is complete and accurate Coordinate rental and purchase orders through our menswear partners Follow up with clients regarding measurements, order deadlines, and final fittings Assist with receiving, organizing, and preparing menswear orders Troubleshoot fit issues and recommend solutions Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming menswear department Educate clients on timelines, ordering requirements, and store policies Work collaboratively with bridal stylists to provide a seamless experience for couples Help grow menswear sales through exceptional customer service and relationship building Participate in store events, promotions, and bridal shows as needed

Qualifications Required:

Previous menswear experience required Experience with suit or tuxedo fitting and measurements Strong customer service and sales skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously Professional appearance and positive attitude Weekend availability

Preferred:
