Job Description

Hourly pay rate based on experience in the industry, and a monthly bonus ranging from $100 - $300 is typical, with top earners making $500 - $800 per month. We are seeking someone to become an integral part of our team. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in order to drive company revenue. Due to our ever-growing customer base, being bilingual is a highly preferred skill for this position.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and identify their wireless needs Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Stay up-to-date with new products/services Process customers orders Transfer the customer's information by request Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Skills:
Ability to build rapport with customers Proven work experience and reliability as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role Experience working in a professional organization Experience working with computers as part of their job A passion for wireless technology Bilingual in
English and Spanish Compensation Includes:
