We're looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis, as weekends are among our busiest business days. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service using the Ace Hardware

process. Assist customers in finding products, placing special orders, and navigating AceHardware.com. Maintain awareness of promotions, advertisements, and store initiatives. Stock merchandise and maintain clean, organized sales floor and backroom areas. Participate in daily team meetings and training activities. Promote and enroll customers in the Ace Rewards program. Maintain store safety standards and assist with loss prevention efforts. Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail, customer service, sales, or hardware experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn product knowledge and provide helpful solutions. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 40 pounds while stocking merchandise and assisting customers.
