We are looking for an attentive, patient, and reliable new member to join our team!

Frontier Farms Dispensary Full-Time Budtender:

Schedule (40 hrs/week set schedule): Mondays

• Tuesdays 11am
• 7pm & Wednesdays
• Fridays 2pm
• 10pm

Breaks/shift:

1 x 30min Unpaid Break + potential for 2 x 10 min paid breaks

Training Start:

Late May Training Complete/Regular shifts start: Early June Total compensation range (including average cash tips

• $1-3/hr) : $18
• 20/hr Training/probationary period (first 2 weeks) baseline hourly pay $15/hr (plus tips) If/when you pass your probationary period you get an automatic raise to $17 baseline hourly pay and be considered a full time employee. If you have enough experience/skill to be shift lead we can discuss First performance review after 6 months then yearly after that
• baseline hourly pay maxes at $19/hr for budtender position (minimum 2% yearly cost of living increase/raise) Additional incentives: Sample bags (get free products to try every other week) Cash tips Employee Discount (25% off everything in the store + 50% Off Frontier Farms Brand + 50% off paraphernalia) Core Responsibilities (requirements): Be reliable, on time, and present (both physically and mentally) Understand, follow, and enforce state compliance rules while also making customers feel comfortable Assist and educate customers with finding the right products that best fit their needs & budget Maintain a tidy/inviting retail space/atmosphere Address customer service concerns in professional & timely manner (communicate details notes to management) Accurate cash accounting (use of cashless ATM/POB machine) Have/maintain a valid OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit Build/Maintain an understanding of cannabis and its various forms/products in the shop and on the market in Oregon Communicate/listen patiently and effectively with customers in shop & over the phone Be self motivated to find and complete minor tasks once main daily objectives are met Ability to work alone for up to 6 hrs while staying productive and focused (if needed) Secondary requirements and expectations: Responsible, Patient, kind and self motivated Creative problem solving•especially under pressure/in busy retail environment Have consistent access to your own reliable transportation (including winter weather) Understanding of Dutchie Point of Sale system and Leafly Online Ordering/Menu Understanding of Excel/Google docs (menu updates and printing)
