Seasonal Retail Associate - Garden Center and Nursery

Our retail sales positions are responsible for: Assisting customers with plant selection, care, and sales Answering questions and directing customers to the proper department Maintaining healthy plant inventory; troubleshooting issues Stocking, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean Working as part of a positive, team-oriented crew Prioritizing tasks, as well as communicating any questions or concerns What we're looking for: Reliable attendance A friendly, helpful attitude Willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather (some indoor positions are available) Motivation to learn Weekend availability Ability to lift 25lbs repeatedly A strong work ethic and a great attitude are necessary; prior plant knowledge is a plus but not required.
