Retail Sales Associate
We provide paid training and ongoing development. Retail Sales Associates will work directly with customers, answer questions, educate them on AT&T products and services, and support daily retail operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance Help shoppers identify products and services that fit their needs Educate customers on available promotions, pricing, and product features Assist customers with AT&T products, services, account-related questions, and support options Attend ongoing training sessions focused on sales techniques and customer communication Contribute to a positive team environment while meeting performance expectations Pay & Benefits Full-time W-2 employment Guaranteed base pay with opportunities to earn more through performance incentives Bonus and incentive opportunities available Paid training and continued development support Career advancement opportunities for high-performing team members What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail setting Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy environment Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful, but not required Schedule Full-time schedule Weekend availability may be required Work Location Based out of our Keizer, OR office, supporting retail locations in Keizer and Salem, OR.
