$16.50/hr Join the LaPine Restore team as one of our Associates and make a difference as a member of the Habitat for Humanity team! This position is responsible for greeting, assisting, and answering customer questions about products, materials, and assisting in the pick-up of merchandise, donations from our donors, safely packing and unpacking the merchandise in the ReStore truck, and communicating the Habitat for Humanity mission. Work in partnership with the team to ensure efficient service to customers, providing support in all areas of ReStore.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

Provide the highest quality of service to customers. Handles customer service inquiries and concerns through complete knowledge of product locations and functionality. Handles payments for merchandise through a cash register. Pick-up and deliver donated goods back to the ReStore in the company truck. Maintain an effective working relationship with ReStore staff, volunteers, Habitat homeowners, and ReStore customers. Loading/unloading of donations in a safe and efficient manner. Ability to work varied hours/days including weekends and holidays as needed. Ensure customers have all required items and needs are met while consistently driving sales. Organizes/transports materials or supplies within store. Maintains store cleanliness and organization throughout the day. Assigned areas to be maintained. Follows all safety requirements of the Habitat ReStore, local, State and Federal jurisdictions. Ability to meet established productivity or sales goals. Additional duties as directed by management.
