Description Do you enjoy helping people find the right tools for the job? Do you like staying busy and being part of a hardworking team? If so, we're looking for you! Our hardware store is seeking a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate who is ready to provide outstanding customer service and help keep our store running smoothly. Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hardware, tools, lumber, paint, and building materials Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Stock shelves, build displays, and keep the sales floor organized Unload freight and help maintain inventory Work as part of a team to create a positive shopping experience. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift Basic knowledge of hardware, tools, or home improvement products (preferred but not required) Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Availability to work weekends Competitive pay Employee discounts Supportive team environment On-the-job training
