Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on a variety of products including gardening supplies, plants, floral arrangements, and outdoor equipment Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and issue receipts Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices to enhance the shopping environment Offer expert advice on lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening techniques to support customer projects Assist with inventory management by conducting stock checks, organizing stockroom areas, and replenishing shelves as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Support store operations with cashiering duties, retail math accuracy, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store Requirements Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Knowledge of lawn care, gardening, horticulture, floral design or landscape maintenance is advantageous Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures ensures smooth transaction processes Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking, merchandising, and inventory tasks efficiently Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as part of daily duties A proactive attitude with a passion for customer service and teamwork Join us as a Retail Sales Associate to energize your career in a vibrant environment where your skills make a difference!
