This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase the latest mobile technology, and contribute to a vibrant retail environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about technology, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are most important. This position provides valuable experience in sales, merchandising, and product demonstrations within a fast-paced setting. Duties Assist customers in selecting mobile devices, plans, and accessories that meet their needs Conduct product demos to showcase device features and functionalities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately during transactions Support store operations through inventory management and stock replenishment Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with customers Supervise or mentor new team members as needed, fostering a collaborative environment Skills Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous Ability to perform retail math for sales transactions and inventory management Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail sales techniques Experience with product demos and upselling strategies Basic math proficiency for daily operations and transactions Familiarity with grocery store or retail environments is beneficial but not required Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to enhance customer interactions
