Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products
• Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register accuracy
• Stock and replenish inventory as needed
• Follow all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in technology or electronics sales
• Proficient in using POS systems and other retail technology tools
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
• Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
