We are looking for a reliable, multi-tasking, dynamic person that possesses great customer service skills, and a positive attitude. The main responsibility is to assist all customers and provide them with a unique experience, and be a helpful part of the team, assisting in all required tasks as necessary. Knowledge about cannabis and OLCC regulations are a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This position requires different time availability, whereas some shifts will include nights, weekends and certain holidays. Please note that this position requires compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of marijuana products. Prior experience or knowledge of marijuana laws and regulations is preferred but not required. Day to day duties of this position includes, but are not limited to: Know and follow OLCC law and regulations Provide outstanding customer service Knowledge about cannabis products Cleaning & Facility Maintenance Assisting in inventory audits as needed Learn product information Know about cannabis and its benefits Restock and arrange facility as needed Maintain clear and efficient communication with other team members. Perform other duties as assigned or as required Skills Required skills but not limited to: Great customer service Ability to receive instructions and apply them properly Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change on a day to day bases Excellent communication written and spoken Ability to work independently or as a team Demonstrate accountability Self-motivated and proactive Ability to learn new information and procedures Ability to identify potential issues anticipate problems and find solutions Ability to follow directions, and answer customer's questions as needed
