What You'll Do:

As a Part-Time Retail Associate, you'll be a brand ambassador—connecting with customers, offering styling suggestions, and ensuring a top-notch in-store experience.

You will:

Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every shopper Offer expert styling tips to help customers look and feel fabulous Confidently engage with customers both in person and on social media Contribute to sales goals by learning and loving the Brighton brand Support the store team with merchandising, customer service, and operations Be available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Occasionally lift/move up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for fashion Retail experience preferred Strong communication skills and comfort using social media Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Flexibility in scheduling, especially during peak seasons and holidays Must be at least 17+ years of age
