This part-time position requires weekday availability between 9 am and 5 pm and includes regular evening and weekend shifts. Retail Sales Associate Primary Responsibilities Assist customers on the sales floor and at the cash register. Complete sales and return transactions quickly and accurately. Process inventory and apply marketing concepts to maintain accurate stock records. Price and check in merchandise according to location procedures. Uphold our customer service standards in all interactions. Passion for engaging with the Ducks community Ability to use reasoning and judgment to apply inventory and sales concepts in busy environments. Attention to detail and the ability to handle customer interruptions effectively. Willingness to learn about product lines to best serve customer needs. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently. Basic math skills for quick calculations and making change. Proven reliability and initiative in previous roles. Retail Sales Associate Required Availability Must be available for weekend shifts and at least 12 hours during weekdays. Applicants must be flexible to work all store hours, including those dictated by mall hours.
