Sales Associate

Sales Associate — (Full-Time) We're looking for a motivated, reliable, no-drama sales associate who shows up ready to work and stays productive throughout the shift. We run a clean, professional, high-expectation dispensary, and we are only interested in candidates who bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day. If you're looking for a place to "chill," "hang out," or do the bare minimum, this is not the job. If you take pride in helping customers and staying productive, you'll do well here.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to every customer Stay busy: stocking, cleaning, learning, assisting teammates Help customers choose the right products Enter orders accurately and handle payments Maintain a clean, organized work environment Follow all compliance rules Take responsibility for your work (no excuses, no attitudes)

Requirements:

Strong communication and people skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Able to stay productive during slow periods Works well on a team and leaves drama at the door Comfortable with clear expectations and structure Retail or service experience preferred Worker Permit (or ability to obtain)
