This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a passion for cannabis, who enjoys helping customers, and is comfortable opening and closing the store while helping support day-to-day dispensary operations.

Position Details Starting pay:

$18/hour + tips after training 30 hours per week 5 days per week 6-hour shifts Weekend availability required Availability for both opening and closing shifts Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Active OLCC Worker Permit required Retail cannabis experience preferred METRC experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Shift Lead Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service Cash handling and drawer verification Stocking and organizing sales floor inventory Product barcoding and labeling Updating in-store and online menus Maintaining a clean and organized store Opening and closing the dispensary Supervising budtenders and supporting successful shift operations Inventory counts, adjustments, and conversions Updating inventory and sales records using Excel, BioTrack, and METRC Ensuring compliance with all cannabis laws, rules, and regulations Communicating store updates, trends, and operational needs with management Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.
