Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and become the friendly face of our retail environment! In this energetic role, you will engage with customers, provide expert guidance on products and services, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Assist customers in selecting products, explaining features, and demonstrating benefits to enhance their shopping experience Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and retail math skills, including cash management and basic math calculations Support banking functions such as deposit processing, loan processing, and account inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked Utilize financial software to record sales, update customer accounts, and manage inventory levels efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and following up on customer requests Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial products clearly and confidently Basic math proficiency including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing skills for accurate transaction processing Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Familiarity with financial software systems and cash management procedures is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in sales or finance is beneficial Embark on an exciting journey with us where your energy fuels success!
