Sales Associate

Position Summary The Sales Department at Romtec Inc. is looking for an entry level Sales Associate to join our Team. Romtec Inc. is a Design Build Firm specializing in Park and Recreation Structures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to learn and understand the design and construction of park and recreation structures. Strong computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to understand building plans and specifications Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) It is critical that the Sales Associate have:

• 2-Year Degree
• Previous Sales experience in areas beyond retail (construction related sales is preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Fundamental understanding of various design and engineering aspects including architectural, mechanical, structural, etc.

as they relate to building construction (construction experience meets this requirement).

• Romtec, Inc. participates in E-Verify. We will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
• Romtec uses iix - Verisk to verify driving background history.

$27.00 - $35.00 per hour
