Job Description

Frontier Farms in the Dalles is hiring for multiple positions. Part Time and Full Time Budtenders, Assistant Manager & Operations Manager positions available.   • (30 miles from 97058) Budtender Positions Preparing inventory for the sales floor.
Assist and educate customers with finding the right products that best fit their needs & budget Maintain a tidy/inviting retail space and atmosphere Understand, follow and enforce state compliance rules and regulations Address customer service concerns in a professional and timely manner Accurate cash counting Good time management, timely and reliable. Have or in the process of getting an OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit Build/maintain an understanding of cannabis and its various forms/products in the shop and on the Oregon market. Communicate/listen patiently and effectively with customers and coworkers both in the shop and over the phone. Schedule 10
  • 32 hrs/week (2-5 shifts) 5-11 hr shifts (we operate 7 days a week from 9am
  • 8:30pm) Pay $16 starting + tips $17 + tips after 90 day review/training period Performance review after 6 months and then annually Sick Pay/PTO
  • 40 hours per year
  • it is accrued at a rate of .06 hours per hour worked. 50% off Frontier goods, 25% off all other products. Monthly sample bags

  • Asst/Operations Manager Position
  • All of the above responsibilities listed in the "Budtender Positions" plus the following
  • Ordering manager
  • with approval/help from management Intake & Barcoding manager Dutchie (POS) Manager Floor Manager Lead budtender during all shifts Creation of schedules
  • with approval/help from management First to contact for scheduling conflicts/call-ins, and first to cover.
Schedule:
40 hours a week Thursday
  • Monday 9:30 am
  • 6:00 pm
  • Schedule subject to change with time of year, vacations and call outs.
  • Schedule is somewhat flexible for the right candidate.
Pay and Benefits:
$21 starting + tips $22 + tips after 90 day review/training period Performance review after 6 months and then annually PTO
