Schedule Requirement Availability:

Strictly part-time, weekend shifts only (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays).

Growth Potential:

While this is initially a weekends-only position, we are open to providing opportunities for additional hours and shifts in the future as business needs expand. Duties Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and securely Support sales efforts through engaging product education, upselling, and sharing expert product benefits with customers. Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions efficiently, including secure cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math. Conduct casual product demonstrations to highlight features and encourage sales growth. Maintain highly organized stock levels to keep the floor looking pristine, well-presented, and welcoming. Experience & Qualifications Previous retail sales experience with a solid understanding of POS systems and cash handling. Bilingual skills are highly valued to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Ability to upsell products through persuasive communication and natural customer engagement. Familiarity with retail math for transactions, special promotions (such as BOGO offers), and inventory tracking. Strong communication skills coupled with a reliable, team-oriented work ethic. A strong interest in or knowledge of perfumes, colognes, and the fragrance industry is highly preferred.
