Parts Counter Sales Associate Responsibilities Assist service technicians and retail customers by identifying, sourcing, and selling automotive parts. Accurately look up parts using electronic catalog systems. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and organization of parts. Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone. Coordinate with the Service and Sales departments to meet customer needs efficiently. Perform additional duties as needed within the Parts Department. Work scheduled Saturday shifts as part of the regular workweek. Qualifications Parts Counter Sales Associate Qualifications Prior automotive parts or dealership experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License.
