The Opportunity The solution quality lead will strengthen and sustain execution excellence across the Advanced Power Generation (APG) portfolio by embedding quality discipline, predictability, and right-the-first-time execution across the full project lifecycle. This role champions that best-in-class quality is a primary safety control and a foundational requirement for achieving and sustaining zero injuries-ensuring quality-driven safety is embedded in how work is planned, executed, and verified. Reporting to the APG Solution Portfolio Lead, this role supports execution of approved portfolio strategies by driving solution-level quality leadership spanning engineering, supply chain, construction, commissioning, and turnover. The APG Solution Quality Lead works in close partnership with the Quality Management team to ensure consistent application of quality standards, leading indicators, and continuous improvement practices without duplicating project or field quality execution roles. Execution experience is critical, as this role anticipates quality-driven risks that impact safety, cost, schedule, and client confidence, and proactively drives mitigation across APG projects.
