Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, including product demos when applicable Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for checkout and handle cash, credit, or mobile payments with confidence Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are attractive and accessible Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits during customer interactions to maximize sales opportunities Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Conduct stock replenishment and inventory management tasks to keep the sales floor well-stocked Support in cashiering duties, including cash handling, balancing registers, and processing returns or exchanges Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery store or similar environments Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations and cash register operations Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads throughout shifts comfortably Join us if you're energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service!
