Operate cash register and process credit card transactions accurately. Answer telephone calls and take customer orders. Help customers select cake designs, colors, sizes, and customization options. Communicate detailed decorating instructions to cake decorators to ensure customer requests are fulfilled. Maintain a clean and organized storefront, including bakery cases, floors, windows, and doors. Stock bakery display cases with cookies, cakes, pies, and other baked goods. Decorate the storefront with seasonal and promotional displays. Provide friendly customer service to create a welcoming bakery experience Assist and interact with customers with purchasing baked goods, cookies, brownies, cakes & Pies Ring up purchases on cash register and operate credit card machine. Answer telephone, take orders for customers. Assist customers with cake designs, colors and sizes. Maintain clean storefront which includes keeping bakery cases clean of debris and floors washed, windows and doors free of fingerprints and dirt.
