RESPONSIBILITIES

Be fitness minded and understand how to sell fitness memberships. Set daily goals for yourself and surpass company expectations. Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this. Must be proficient in selling fitness, multiple modalities and studio classes. Ensure that you can communicate studio concepts Passionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio events. Generate new clients and encourage the teammates to do the same. Create a positive, safe teamwork environment. Take responsibility for all club needs. Step in and help out. Eager to continue to learn about your profession and skill development. Be timely, well dressed and ready to work

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Sales is encouraged but not required Work a minimum of 40 hrs. / 5 days a week/ weekends Experience working with others and motivating a team Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio
