Duties Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies to generate a robust sales pipeline. Conduct high-end automotive sales by presenting vehicle features, benefits, and financing options tailored to customer needs. Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability. Support inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on sales opportunities efficiently. Upsell additional products and services such as warranties or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and a friendly demeanor throughout the sales process. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end or B2B transactions. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency. Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing deals. Knowledge of CRM software, inventory management systems, and marketing tools used in dealership environments. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in public speaking or presenting vehicle features confidently to diverse audiences. Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and profit calculations; familiarity with automotive industry standards is a plus.
