Chocolate Associate at Pulakos Chocolates At Pulakos Chocolates, we've been handcrafting delicious chocolate and candies in Erie, PA, for 123 years—and we're looking to grow our team at our Colony Plaza store on Erie's West side ! A hub of irresistible treats including hand scooped ice cream, we need a dynamic Retail Sales/Product Associate who shares our passion for great customer service and high-quality products.

Position:

Retail Sales Clerk/Chocolate Associate Part Time - 20 hours a week Store Hours with two shifts: Monday - Saturday (9:30am-7:30pm) & Sunday (9:30am-3:30pm) •Hiring for Day & Evening Shifts Must be available weekends & some holidays.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing outstanding customer service by assisting customers with candy case selections and answering any questions about our handcrafted products. Sharing your knowledge of our chocolates and candies to help customers find the perfect treat. Scooping Ice Cream Stocking shelves and cases to keep the store looking inviting and organized. Processing payments efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere. Assisting with product packaging and labeling, ensuring everything looks as good as it tastes. Helping with end-of-day duties, including closing out the drawer and finalizing sales. Contributing to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

A warm, personable individual who is comfortable interacting with a variety of customers and enjoys making their day a little sweeter. Someone who can work independently, stay on top of tasks, and be detail-oriented. An individual who's physically able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds & stand for the duration of their shift. A strong team player who is reliable, responsible, and eager to contribute to the store's success.
