In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for transforming vehicles into spotless, polished masterpieces that leave customers excited and satisfied. Your attention to detail, passion for cleanliness, and commitment to quality will shine through in every vehicle you work on. Whether it's washing, buffing, or performing precise detailing tasks, you'll help create a memorable experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Perform thorough car washes using professional equipment and techniques to ensure a pristine finish Execute detailed interior and exterior cleaning, including vacuuming, polishing, and surface conditioning Use buffing machines and hand tools to restore vehicle paintwork and enhance shine Having an eye for detail is a must: Assessing the overall final fit and finish of completed repairs requires a discriminating eye for detail and a focus on perfection. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and sanitized Assist with general janitorial duties to uphold a safe, tidy environment within the facility Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the detailing process Skills Proven experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work with an eye for detail and quality Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to operate buffing machines, cleaning tools, and basic automotive equipment safely Experience with wet sanding is a plus but not required; training may be provided Valid driver's license with clean driving record for any necessary vehicle movement or transport tasks Janitorial or custodial experience demonstrating reliability in maintaining cleanliness standards Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to work tasks and teamwork Join us in creating standout vehicles that turn heads!
