Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Parts Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking parts for their equipment needs. Your enthusiasm for industrial parts, combined with excellent communication skills, will drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while supporting our commitment to superior customer service. Responsibilities This position has elements of customer service, sales, product, and system support functions:
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and take customer orders
- Order and source products
- Negotiate sales and purchase prices
- Proactively generate sales and promote company products
- Expedite backorders
- Assist with pulling inventory and preparing shipments
- Assist with customer returns & warranties
- Interact with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly
- Troubleshoot customer concerns Logistics - Arrange shipping and tracking of orders
