Position Overview We are seeking a Jewelry Sales Associate who is passionate about people, detail-oriented, and excited to help clients celebrate life's most meaningful moments. This is not typical retail—our team builds lasting relationships with clients and guides them through important purchases like engagement rings, custom designs, and heirloom redesigns. Responsibilities Provide a warm, personalized experience for every client Assist with sales of fine jewelry, bridal, and custom pieces Guide clients through the custom design process Write up and manage repair and custom orders accurately Follow up with clients and maintain relationships Support daily store operations and merchandising Qualifications Previous retail or sales experience required ( jewelry experience strongly preferred ) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay:

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
