Part-Time Team Member

Days:

Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat We are a small, authentic family shop that's been in McKees Rocks for over 80 years. We're looking for one good person to join the team. This is a foodservice role at heart — you'll be in the shop, serving our customers, helping the crew, and closing the store. No nights, no early mornings, done by 530pm most days. Here's what the role actually looks like: In the shop (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat): Work the counter and case, help customers, package and restock, keep things clean and moving, and pitch in wherever the team needs you. Our customers are the best part of the job — friendly, loyal, and here because they love the food.

Store close:

Count out the register, handle the cash, run the night drop, put away hot food, walk the store, lock up. You'll close alongside one of our veterans — we'll train you on the checklist. It's straightforward, but you have to be the kind of person who doesn't cut corners when no one's watching. Backup & errands (as needed): Occasionally cover a local delivery run or pick something up when we're short-handed. Comfortable driving a van is a plus, not a requirement. You're a fit if: You genuinely like people — customers and coworkers both You're dependable — the kind of person who shows up and figures it out You're able to handle cash and a register (we will train you) You take pride in a clean, well-run shop and don't cut corners on your own You want to be part of a tight, friendly crew, not just clock in and out No food experience required — we'll train you. What we can't train is reliability, warmth, and good judgment.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
