Looking for an opportunity where you can build professional sales experience while working directly with local businesses? Steel & Stone Inc is hiring an Entry Level Sales Assistant to support our growing Box Energy campaign. In this full-time, in-person role, you'll meet with business owners, introduce commercial energy solutions, explain available cost-saving programs, and assist customers throughout the enrollment process. If you're someone who enjoys talking with people, learning new skills, and working in a performance-driven environment, this is a great opportunity to build experience in business-to-business sales, customer service, and account management. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Assistant Meet with local businesses to discuss commercial energy programs. Explain Box Energy's cost-saving solutions and available promotions. Review utility information to identify potential savings opportunities. Answer customer questions regarding energy programs and pricing. Assist with customer enrollments and account updates. Build professional relationships with new and existing customers. Track customer interactions and maintain accurate account records. Stay current on energy programs, promotions, and sales initiatives. Work toward individual and team sales goals. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Assistant High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with business owners and customers. Organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and eager to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
