Team Lead Winston's Grilled Eats & Frozen Treats Millvale, PA Job Details Full-time From $15 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Pre-cooking preparation Operations management Meal preparation Purchasing Food service management Full Job Description •New Restaurant- Winston's Grilled Eats & Frozen Treats• Winston's Grilled Eats & Frozen Treats is hiring a Team Lead! The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing food service operations within the team. Ensure all employees follow in house policies and procedures and meets with all federal and state requirements. This position pays $15/hr plus tip split. Recent tip totals have added about $8.50-$9.75/hr to the hourly base.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the daily operations at Winston's Food Prep to Maintain par levels and purchasing requirements. Maintain required records including food production, and inventory. Ensure staff members follow proper sanitation procedures. Prepare customer orders on the Char Grill Ensure safety standards are maintained while food is being cooked. Respond to customer preferences and complaints. Maintain equipment including refrigerator, stove, flat top, char grill, prep table and cookware. Ensure customer experience is satisfactory. Direct and assist in the cleaning of the line and kitchen area Restocking to par levels at the end of each shift. Please respond with your resume that includes references.
