This position is a mix of front desk customer service, arcade/game room support, and basic lane troubleshooting. The right person should be friendly with guests, comfortable staying busy, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide a friendly, helpful first impression. Check guests in for bowling, assign lanes, handle shoe rentals, and answer basic questions. Operate the front desk POS system and process payments. Assist with birthday parties, groups, leagues, and open bowling customers. Monitor the arcade/game room, help guests with game issues, prize questions, card readers, and general cleanliness. Respond to basic lane calls such as ball returns, pin jams, scoring issues, bumpers, and other minor problems. Communicate with mechanics or management when a lane issue needs extra help. Keep the front desk, bowling area, shoe counter, and arcade areas clean and organized. Help with closing/opening tasks, restocking, and general center operations. Work as part of a team during busy nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Requirements High School Diploma Must be friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer/POS skills preferred. Must be comfortable working with guests of all ages. Must be willing to learn basic bowling lane troubleshooting. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move quickly when needed. Must be available nights and weekends. Previous customer service, bowling center, arcade, restaurant, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is not afraid to take initiative. This is not just a "stand behind the counter" job. You'll be helping guests, solving problems, keeping the arcade running, and occasionally heading down back to help with lanes. A good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are most important. Job Type Part-time / Full-time available Evenings and weekends required Pay based on experience.
