Full Job Description Overview:
Why We Need Your Talents The Gift Shop Attendant is responsible for completing sales transactions with customers and maintains stock levels in Gift Shop. Assuring that guests havve an enjoyable customer service experience.Responsibilities:
Where You'll Make an Impact Responsible for maintaining a friendly, courteous atmosphere in the Gift Shop at all times and assisting all guests whenever necessary. Ringing up sales and giving correct change. Responsible for keeping the Gift Shop clean and orderly. Assisting in month-end inventory. Ensure the safety and security of guests and others visiting the gift shop. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Skills You'll Need to Succeed Ability to read, speak clearly, and listen. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment. Able to complete reports. Ability to accept constructive criticism and correct faults and issues as directed and or warranted. Knowledge of company policy procedures. Ability to read basic instructions and perform basic mathematical functions. Knowledge of good customer service technique. A Few Must Haves A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Retail customer service training would be a plus. At least One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a high-volume retail store with use of electronic cash register and variety in inventory. Soft goods, soft drinks, and snacks included.
