Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Learning basic optics including eyeglass frames, lenses, contact lenses, and prescriptions Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and ensuring displays are visually appealing. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively sell items and promote special offers. Skills Proven experience in retail sales with a strong understanding of sales techniques. Familiarity with POS systems to facilitate efficient transaction processing. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
