In this energetic role, you'll deliver outstanding customer service, showcase products through engaging demos, and create a welcoming shopping environment. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell items by recommending complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts Manage inventory levels by organizing stock, replenishing shelves, and conducting stock checks Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Follow phone etiquette standards when handling inquiries or assisting customers over the phone Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math ensures smooth transactions Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments will be advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes a difference!
