In this energetic role, you will assist customers in finding products, ensure the store remains inviting, well-organized and stocked. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help foster a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back Responsibilities Greet customers warmly. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations. Stock shelves, organize displays, and merchandise products to create an attractive shopping environment. Support inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks. Maintain excellent customer service by answering questions promptly and resolving issues professionally. Assist with e-commerce orders and coordinate online inquiries to ensure seamless shopping experiences across platforms. Requirements Strong communication skills in English Basic proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions. Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking and merchandising tasks efficiently.
