Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations. Stock shelves, organize displays, and merchandise products to create an attractive shopping environment. Support inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks. Maintain excellent customer service by answering questions promptly and resolving issues professionally. Assist with e-commerce orders and coordinate online inquiries to ensure seamless shopping experiences across platforms. Requirements Strong communication skills in English Basic proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions. Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking and merchandising tasks efficiently. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
