Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience: Connect with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget Guide buyers through our inventory to find their perfect vehicle Clearly explain features, pricing, and financing options Lead engaging test drives that build confidence and excitement Follow up with prospects and close deals with professionalism and care Stay sharp on inventory and current automotive trends Work alongside a driven team to hit and exceed sales goals

Requirements:

We're seeking individuals who bring energy, confidence, and a proven ability to sell: Sales experience required (automotive a plus, but not necessary) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Natural negotiation and closing ability Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check
