Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and welcoming environment Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry and offer expert recommendations Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service Stay current on jewelry trends, styles, and product knowledge Process sales transactions and contribute to individual and team sales goals Maintain visual merchandising, restock inventory, and organize displays Intake jewelry repairs and provide basic estimates Ensure store cleanliness, including showroom and display cases Qualifications 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build rapport and close sales Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Eagerness to learn and grow product knowledge

Preferred:
