Description Job Overview:
We're seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Amenities Attendant who is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clubhouse, greeting homeowners and guests while overseeing a variety of amenities, including an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, indoor tennis court, basketball court, pickleball courts, and a community room. You will also play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of these spaces. Responsibilities include tidying common areas, cleaning restrooms, mopping, vacuuming, and ensuring windows and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and ready for use. Additionally, you will assist residents and guests by answering questions about the amenities and community. This is a highly visible position, so strong customer service skills and a comfort level interacting with the public are essential.

Your Responsibilities:
Enforcing all Clubhouse rules and safety regulations in a polite and professional manner. Cleaning, disinfecting and maintaining neatness of the Clubhouse including ALL amenities (pool/hot tub/sauna), gym and equipment, ladies/men's rooms/showers/office area/pool area/indoor tennis courts area and clubhouse lobby. Oversee the pool area and all other amenities in regards to safety, cleanliness and rules and regs of the area Make safety announcements when applicable (during storms or if a bio hazard is discovered) Maintain an inventory of all poolside/gym and tennis court/pickle ball/ping pong ball equipment to always be in good working condition for guests Provide information and services to residents and guests Assists with set up and breakdown of poolside activities as needed (including cornhole and other outdoor activities if requested) Ensure bathers are showering prior to entering pool. Clean up the general pool area by returning chairs and equipment back to proper locations at the end of each shift so area is clean, presentable and usable the next morning. Report any safety or maintenance concerns to Manager or on site office staff. Maintains bathrooms and general cleaning of facility (including toilet cleaning, trash emptied, floors swept, vacuumed, mopped as applicable) Checks sports equipment (ping pong, Tennis, Pickle ball and others) to make sure they are in good working order for guest use and report any damages or replacements needed to office staff. Inspects Gym equipment for missing or broken parts and disinfects gym equipment at the end of each shift. This includes cleaning the gym area, mirrors, wiping down of equipment, etc. Reports broken sports equipment to the manager/office staff so that replacement equipment or repair can be ordered. Be accessible to and approachable to residents/guests ensuring that your presence is known and that you are there to assist if needed. Must be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and carry out the policies and procedures appropriate for his/her position.

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of High School diploma. CPR/AED Certification is desirable. Experience in the hospitality or service industry highly recommended as there is high interaction with the homeowners and guests who use the facilities. Experience and training in customer service is highly desirable (see above). Experience in an aquatic setting desirable. Position requires custodial/janitorial cleaning skills such as window cleaning, floor mopping, restroom cleaning, sweeping, dusting, vacumming and other cleaning methods. Work in a team environment Highly effective interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and advanced communication skills a plus. Must present a professional image. Must be outgoing and able to work with all types of people. Accountable for one's own work, decisions and safety of oneself and safety of oneself and others. Capable of working extended hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary. Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Multiple language fluency is desirable.

Compensation:
$18 per hour
