Job Summary Join our Fireworks company as a Retail Store Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive exceptional shopping experiences. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges Assist customers with product demos and upselling to maximize sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking activities Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling procedures Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting stock counts Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate store operations and customer needs Requirements Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and standing for extended periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail calculations This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in the Fireworks industry while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
