What You'll Do As a Sales Associate - Moving Assistant , you'll work directly with new homeowners to help coordinate and establish important home services while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct customer conversations through phone, text, and email communications Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs Guide customers through available home service options and recommendations Present products, services, pricing, and promotions in a clear and helpful way Accurately process orders and complete required documentation Manage follow-up communications and pending customer requests Investigate and resolve order or service-related issues Maintain accurate customer records within company systems Deliver a seamless experience from initial contact through completion Participate in coaching, training, and team development opportunities What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
