In this role, you will be the key driver in connecting customers with their ideal vehicles, providing exceptional service, and guiding them through the car-buying journey. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while working with a diverse inventory of high-quality vehicles. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations and presentations, emphasizing features that meet customer needs. Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer budgets, preferences, and financing options to close high-end sales successfully. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within CRM software to ensure seamless follow-up and sales support. Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to keep the dealership's vehicle listings accurate and up-to-date. Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue opportunities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating strong phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Skills Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or B2B transactions. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships effectively. Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple clients, inventory management, and sales support tasks efficiently. Knowledge of automotive inventory control, public speaking, outbound sales techniques, and marketing strategies. Ability to excel in cold calling, outbound outreach, and B2B sales environments while maintaining professionalism and persistence. Solid understanding of retail math and retail sales principles to achieve targets and optimize upselling opportunities.
