Job Description

Join our team as a Team Member and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced work environment in the food industry. As a team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Crew Members are the foundation of what keeps the store and America running. We are looking to add to our team of positive, energetic employees who are passionate about the Dunkin' Brand and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
Ensure that guests receive outstanding customer service Understand all in-store marketing promotions Store Clerk responsibilities Provide feedback and suggestions to improve restaurant performance Communicate customer requests to management Reporting to the Assistant Manager and Store Manager Our Associates contribute to outstanding customer service experience Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by a manager Benefits Pay up to $13 to $16 per hour Free Employee Meal Flexible Schedule Part-time / Full-time Paid Training No experience is needed in the restaurant industry; we will provide training.
