In this role, you will serve as a vital link between customers, technicians, and inventory management by providing excellent customer service, assisting with parts sales, and ensuring smooth operations at the parts counter. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing expert assistance with parts inquiries and sales Maintain accurate inventory control using dealership systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Assist customers in selecting the correct parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance based on their needs Manage stock levels by stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory counts Collaborate with the service team to fulfill parts orders quickly and accurately for vehicle repairs or maintenance Maintain clear communication with customers via phone etiquette and in-person interactions to ensure satisfaction Qualifications Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and order fulfillment Excellent communication skills Basic math skills and retail math knowledge for accurate sales processing and inventory control Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, automotive repair, automotive service, or dealership experience is preferred but not required Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar software for record keeping is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating good negotiation skills when assisting customers Prior experience in automotive parts sales Join us as a Parts Counter Associate and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive service.
